We develop programmes that use art as a starting point for dialogue, reflection, and participation.
Our work can be adapted across fairs, collections, galleries, and public contexts, with particular attention to audiences less often engaged in these spaces. Developed in collaboration with experienced facilitators.
Trainings & Capacity
We work with institutions and practitioners to develop approaches to engagement through storytelling, dialogue, and participation.
Storytelling & Dialogue
IAF designs facilitated experiences that bring audiences into relation with art through narrative, reflection, and exchange.
Public Engagement
We create conversations, workshops, and small-group encounters that deepen engagement with art and with others.
Arts for Social Cohesion
We foster social cohesion through contemporary visual arts.
We facilitate collaborations, partner with academics, and explore the socio-cultural impact of the arts in building bridges between diverse communities.

Arts Centered Community Initiatives
We work through artistic practice to create spaces of encounter, exchange, and shared experience—where artists and cultural practitioners act as catalysts for connection across contexts.
In collaboration with the Caravanserai Collective, we draw on CERITA, an approach rooted in storytelling as an artistic and relational form. Bringing together artists, influencers, and community leaders, these initiatives explore narrative, memory, and lived experience through the arts—opening up new ways of seeing, relating, and being in dialogue with one another.
